Structured information is easily accessible within Metamation, either internally or through secure external internet connection, as defined meta data which can be entered and controlled manually or linked in from external data sources.
Data stored is categorised per area of the organisation, across the business or can flow up down through levels of the organisation. This means different levels within the organisation can successfully flow information up and down to other levels.
Using existing company data
Metamation can include data from your existing databases such as accounts, CRM, sales, budgets or any other system via ODBC, Excel, project or API embedded links. These external links allow full control of refresh periods, information mapping, selection criteria and type of connection. Data is automatically fed from the existing data source into Metamation for analysis, reporting and external access. In addition, Documents can be fed in and viewed from existing or 3rd party applications, and can be held against data records (such as invoices against an invoice table).
Reporting and analysis
Using the meta information held, Metamation can create analysis graphs and charts. Any type of analysis can be created from this data including trend information, results analysis and budget reporting. These graphs are displayed on the Metamation dashboard according to the users role within the organisation, so each individual will only see information they have permission to, even within the same graphs.
